The short version

This site does not track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google or any other), no cookies set by us, so no banner to click through. The only data that reaches us is what you send us: a booked meeting or an email.

Data controller

TOTSTUDIO (Deluj), 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France. Contact: omar@deluj.com

What we process, and why

Site visit
Technical logs from the host (IP address, browser, requested page), generated automatically to serve pages and detect abuse. Legitimate interest. Kept briefly, on the host's side.
Booking a meeting
Name, work email and form answers, collected through Calendly. Booking buttons open Calendly in a new tab: no third-party service is ever loaded on this site, even when you click. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Email or LinkedIn
The content of your messages and your professional contact details, to reply and follow up. Legitimate interest.

Outreach: if we contacted you first

Our business is B2B outreach on behalf of our clients. In that context we process professional data (name, job title, work email, company, public company information) on the basis of legitimate interest, to offer services relevant to the recipient's role.

You can ask at any time to stop being contacted and to have your data deleted, either by replying to the message you received or by writing to omar@deluj.com. Requests are handled without delay.

How our lists are built

We only work with professional data: name, job title, company, work email, and public company information. No sensitive data, no data belonging to someone's private life.

That data comes from public sources and licensed professional providers, used within the limits of their terms of service. We bypass no technical protection, use no unauthorised access, and buy no lists of dubious origin. Every campaign runs on behalf of a named client, under a contract that frames how the data is used.

The tools behind our campaigns

These tools are used to identify relevant companies and contacts, to enrich and verify professional contact details, then to write and personalise the messages:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clay
  • FullEnrich
  • FindEmail
  • ICPs
  • Kitt
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI)
  • Claude (Anthropic)

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The AI models only ever receive public professional information, never sensitive data or confidential client documents.

Deleting campaign data

Prospecting lists are deleted at the end of the campaign they were built for, and purged regularly at the providers that served them. We keep no contact database beyond what running campaigns need.

An objection or erasure request is applied without delay. We then keep the address alone on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of making sure it is never contacted again.

Who else has access

Host
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and its technical logs.
Calendly
Calendly LLC (United States) processes meeting bookings, on its own site, only if you open one. Transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Email and CRM
Our internal email and sales-tracking tools, to keep the thread of our exchanges.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we never pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Business exchanges are kept for the duration of the relationship, then three years after the last contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the legally required periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. A request to omar@deluj.com is enough, no particular formality is required. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
